To Be Brief…
Adulthood Is a Myth (Sarah’s Scribbles #1): While I’d already seen a lot of the comics, this was still a fun and relatable little book. I’ll probably pick up more in the future if the opportunity arises. 4/5 stars
Archenemies (Renegades #2): I actually liked this a bit more than Renegades, which bodes well for the rest of the series. I’m starting to get more and more attached to the characters, and the next book can’t come soon enough. Things are definitely about to go down! 4.25/5 stars
“Spontaneous combustion is cool and all, but not great for the workplace.”
Enna Burning (The Books of Bayern #2): These books read a bit like classic fairy tales, which I absolutely love. However, I struggled a bit to get through this one, and feel like it didn’t quite manage to live up to The Goose Girl, hence the slightly lower rating. Still, I’m pretty certain I’ll pick up the third in the series, River Secrets, fairly soon. 3.75/5 stars
“They laughed much harder than the memory was funny because it felt good to laugh.”
I’ve been meaning to pick up “Archenemies” for a while! That cover is gorgeous.
I absolutely loved Archenemies, I’m so happy you liked it too!
