Christmas Book Haul!

Hi guys! :)

I hope everyone is having a nice christmas, or if you don’t celebrate christmas, that you’re having a nice day :).

In Sweden we celebrate christmas on the 24th, so for me most of the fun is already over, but I’ll soon head over to my dad’s and have a mini christmas with him and his side of the family :).

So, with those little niceties over with, let’s take a look at the lovely books I received this year :D.

Tadaa! :D They’re not many in number, but damn are they pretty.

Winger by Andrew Smith!

I’ve been holding of buying this in fear of mismatched covers ever since I read it, but since the one for Stand-off now has been revealed, I could finally put it on my wish list :).

God, I love this book.

And the cover is freaking fantastic.

Jane Eyre by Charlotte Brontë. The Penguin Classics Deluxe Edition.

If you remember, I wrote a post about my problem deciding which editon to pick earlier this year. Well, I have now decided, and I have absolutely no regrets. I mean, isn’t this just the prettiest thing you’ve ever seen (no, this is not a question).

Did I mention that it has deckled edges?

Or that it looks like this on the back?

So much pretty.

I’ll Give You the Sun by Jandy Nelson.

Guys, this book is so good. I wanted to write a review on it when I read it, but it never happened, so I have to tell you now.

It was fantastic.

The only sad thing is that it is a tall book, meaning I had some trouble deciding where to put it, but after some deliberation, I found a solution…

DSC_0257My Twilight shelf has now turned into my amazing-contemporaries-shelf! :) Not a difficult decision to make at all.

That was all for this time, and even though I didn’t get that many books, I’m really happy about the ones I did get. :) Now it’s your turn. Did you get anything you feel like telling me about? If you did, please write me a comment down below :).

And once again, I hope you’re having a great holiday!
