Five Favourites of May:
5. Rediscovered Agnes Obel
A few years ago, I used to listen to this amazing Danish singer called Agnes Obel, and this month, I started doing it again.
Her music is really nice and calming, and it was exactly what I needed these past weeks. :)
4. Rediscovered The Mentalist
The Mentalist, as well, used to be a favourite of mine. I used to watch it every week with my mom, but for some reason or another, we stopped. For quite a while I’ve been wanting to pick it up again, and now I finally have. :)
If you didn’t know, The Mentalist is a great show about Patrick Jane, a former psychic, who is helping the CBI to catch ta notorious serial killer called Red John. It’s kind of Sherlock Holmes inspired, and has six full seasons at the moment. :)
Really recommend!
Look at this adorable bastard.
3. The Shins
But I didn’t only revisit old flames. ;)
The Shins is a band that I found on one of Maggie Stiefvater’s playlists, and I’m in love!
2. The Wolves of Mercy Falls Audiobook
This has kind of become a monthly recommendation post for audiobooks, and I don’t see why I should stop now. :)
This month I’ve been listening to The Wolves of Mercy Falls by Maggie Stiefvater, mainly to prepare myself for the upcoming release of Sinner (I’m so excited!!), and I highly recommend it. :) Maggie’s audiobooks are all great, and I think it has much to do with the fact that she has a say in the choice of voice actors. :)
1. Summer!
The sun is shining! The air smells amazing! Green everywhere!
Summer is here!
